Jose and his team did a great job for us post a leak that turned into a fiasco in our home. Communication was fantastic and they kept us informed of the whole process over the course of the work done. Would highly recommend if you are ever in need of their services.

On-site Mitigation Company was already at work when I learned about significant water damage to our property. Knowing this gave me comfort from the on set. I visited the site two days later and was extremely impressed with the care and attention to detail our property had had, and was at that time receiving. On-Site exceeded all expectations with their responsiveness, professionalism, and excellent communication. From conversations we had it was clear they had an extensive knowledge base and expertise. We had the Best Experience with On-site Restoration. We had a water heater go bad and the water flooded our floor and the bottom condo. From the second I called Jesus they were ready to do the job. They arrived fast and had our place completed within the week. All new floor and everything. I would 100 percent recommend them and will be calling them again if we need a restoration.

We came back from a trip to notice failed tubing had caused a multi day clean water flood in our house. Jesus and his team were able to assist practically immediately and helped us to safely and quickly clean things up, removing the water and drying things out. Great service, good communication, professional, would recommend.

Extremely satisfied and impressed with Onsite-Restoration and its owner! This spring my Dillon Colorado condo suffered serious water damage from a water line leak above it that flooded two of my bedrooms and a bathroom. From my very lst phone call to Onsite-Restoration, Jesus Munoz, the owner, was personally involved in every phase of the entire operation that ultimately involved 4 different contractors. It was almost as if he was the General Contractor, but without the GC fee! His company’s initial response was exactly what the situation required. Within 2 hours of my telephone call at 6:00 pm to Onsite-Restoration asking for help, Jesus and his crew arrived and took immediate action to suck up the standing water and the water in the carpets, remove the furniture, and install high velocity fans to start drying out the carpets and walls. When after several days to drying, it became apparent that the insulation in the walls remained wet and would have to be removed with special precautions due to the presence of asbestos, Jesus contacted an abatement contractor who was able to accomplish this tricky and often lengthy job in only 3 days. Subsequently, Jesus arranged for another company to repair and paint the damaged walls and ceiling and replace the carpet. Finally, Jesus and his Onsite Restoration crew re-positioned all of the furniture from two bedrooms, replacing it exactly as it had been. They must have taken pictures of the original layout. Throughout the entire process, Jesus kept me informed, responded patiently and promptly to my many phone calls and questions, negotiated with the insurance company on several matters, and provided me and the insurance company numerous pictures of every step. Jesus seems to have a lot of experience dealing with this kind of restoration work and with insurance company reps in Summit County; and he is masterful at customer satisfaction! Ed Lee, Condo Owner
