Home restoration services for water, fire, mold, and sewage damage in primary residences and second homes across Colorado's mountain communities and the Front Range. One local team from the first call to the finished repair.
A burst pipe on a January night, a basement that floods during spring runoff, smoke damage from a kitchen fire. When it is your home, the damage is only half of it. You also need to know what happens next, what insurance will cover, and whether your family can stay in the house while the work gets done.
We work with full-time residents and second-home owners alike. If you live out of state and your property manager or a neighbor finds the problem, we can assess the damage, document it with photos, and keep you updated by phone until it is fixed.
The most common winter call in the mountains. Fast extraction and drying stop water from moving into walls, subfloors, and insulation.
Snowmelt, groundwater, and failed sump pumps. We remove the water and dry the structure so it does not turn into a mold problem.
Soot and smoke odor travel well beyond the fire itself. We clean, deodorize, and restore the affected rooms and contents.
Often hidden behind drywall or in crawlspaces after an old leak. We find the source, remove the growth, and fix the moisture problem behind it.
A health hazard that needs proper cleanup, not a shop vac. We remove contaminated materials and sanitize the area safely.
Burst pipes, ice dam leaks, appliance failures, and flooding. We extract standing water and begin structural drying as soon as we are on site.

A broken icemaker in an old fridge flooded two floors. A trusted source recommended On-Site Restoration and the related JM Drywall Services. On-Site began work the next morning, preventing further damage to furniture, drywall, carpets, and other flooring. They took countless photos of damage and position of all objects to record their work, and meticulously labeled, packed, and moved furniture and all other contents. They recorded moisture levels in walls and floors to document drywall removal. Our insurance company was pleased with the quality of their work. They finished quickly, delayed only by required municipal inspections. On-Site removed all trash and left the home clean and ready for the rebuild. JM Drywall Services did excellent and fast drywall installation, finishing, and painting. The coordination of the two companies was valuable when questions arose. The house looks as good as new. We recommend On-Site and JM Drywall without hesitation. Both were highly competent and a pleasure to work with.Posted on Google![]()

If 6 stars was an option… I would have given it. I can’t say enough great things about this company. Prompt! Courteous, and professional. The communication (which is key) was outstanding. I hope I never have another flood, but if it happens, this is the company on top of the list. Thank you.Posted on Google![]()

Jesus and team were amazing. They immediately came and inspected our crawl space, were clear and honest about our options to repair, and were extremely flexible with us as we had many other things happening at the time of restoration. Our house feels good now knowing we have dry, clean, and protected insulation and a crawl space! Thank you!Posted on Google![]()

On-Site Restoration did a great job of cleaning up, sanitizing, restoring and securing the crawl space under my mountain home which had become the home (?) to several wild animals over the winter. The project manager, Jesus was helpful, knowledgeable and specific in explaining what services they would perform and then, delivered as promised. Great job.Posted on Google![]()

This company was incredible from the very beginning. I got a referral from two other restoration companies who couldn't get there in a timely fashion and said Jesus is the best. On Site called back immediately, came to do an inspection within an hour and came back to the house the next day. They were extremely professional, knew exactly what they were doing and even helped with insurance questions. On top of all that, they were quick and thorough and actually left the space clean. I could barely tell they had been in and out and they had to do demo work. The office staff are also all amazing! Unbelievable! Highly recommend!Posted on Google![]()

We are grateful to Jesus Nunoz and his team for their help with our remediation, especially as it was just prior to a holiday weekend. Jesus met with us and started work promptly. He provided thorough explanations for the scope of work. He was extremely communicative, which was truly appreciated throughout the whole process. In addition, he was able to put us in touch with an industrial hygienist and plumber, as we needed both of those services as well. We highly recommend On-Site Restoration!
